PURPOSE:
As a Junior IT Supporter (f/m/d) you help to maintain and keep our our IT Infrastructure up-to-date. Besides being the first point of contact for our employees in Berlin, you also take care of the purchase of technical equipment and the management of user accounts and software licences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
First Level Support for our employees in Berlin & around the globe
Responsbile for our internal ticketing-system (Zendesk)
Installation and configuration of hardware (macOS & Windows)
Adoption, analysis and troubleshooting hardware and software in the working and client environment
Buying all necessary hardware and keep track of the inventory
Create & update our IT Knowledge Base (Confluence)
Responsible for employee Onboardings & Offboardings
Setup & maintenance our technical equipment at the adidas SPORTS BASE BERLIN
PROFILE:
You have a completed IT education (e.g. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification
Ideally, you already have 1-2 years of work experience in internal IT, preferably also in a similar role
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
Service oriented & proactive acting
Resilient, flexible & motivated
willingness to learn and grow
Structured and independent way of working
English and german in spoken and written
Driving license class B
