Reporting directly to inMusic’s Operations Manager / European IT Controller, the jobholder will be responsible for administrating all aspects of IT on a day to day and project level, through effective organisation, monitoring and communication with all departments.

Please note, this position will be based in Ratingen Germany until January 2022 then will relocate to our new location in Krefeld Germany.
Summary:
The IT Support is part of inMusic's IT team, this role is responsible for supporting all end users, both local and remote within the DE office.
You will work with IT in the UK and USA office, this role maintains user access to all files and services, ERP systems and IP phone systems, Active Directory, O365 and Mac OS’s.
As a member of our IT support team, you are responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all requests are dealt with according to set SLA’s, standards, and procedures
Troubleshoot systems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required
Ability to follow diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up a system
Support the roll-out of new applications
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with issues where required
Deal with current suppliers like ISP/Telecom’s providers
Work closely with the UK and US teams.
Configure and maintain access to servers to continue to provide the users with the needed resources -
Setup and maintain users computers
Quickly resolve users problems
Work with ISP providers to help resolve any ISP related issues
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality, install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications - Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
Provide maintenance to local printers and MFPs
Configure and maintain IP phones
Onboard and Offboard company users
Setup and configure of Users in Active Directory and O365
Requirements
Required Technical Experience:
MS Suite, Windows, MS O365
Preferred Technical Experiences:
TCP/IP, PBX Phone Systems, Active Directory,
Skills Required:
English Speaking
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server operating systems. Also, Mac OS.
Knowledge of O365/Active Directory
Knowledge of networking
Knowledge of ERP Systems
