Responsibilities
The Helpdesk Technician (Level 1) role is the front line company customer service for all IT needs whether it by maintaining, installing and supporting personal computers, servers, softwares and data communication technologies. Or by setting up user accounts, mobile devices and A/V equipment.
Qualifications
If you are a motivated and driven individual who loves helping solve IT related issues to company employees then this is the job for you. We are looking for a candidate who has a knowledge of basic computer hardware as well as LAN/WAN technologies. As well as is proficient in MS Office products, Windows operation systems and VPN.
