We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist to join our high performing Information Technology team located in North Sydney.

Will provide timely and effective support for the resolution of IT & system related issues and requests across our business. You will be involved in various IT projects where you will need to work with cross functional teams to understand their needs and develop solutions.The ideal candidate will have a University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology or in Business Administration and 5-7 years of experience in helpdesk, network and infrastructure. You will also have 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and demonstrated experience in Voice & Video conferencing technologies implementation. To be successful in this role you will need excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and business partnering skills. Project Management or ITIL certification and experience in working for global, FMCG or Retail Company will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include;
• Providing IT support to all sites in Australia & New Zealand including boutiques
• Managing IT infrastructure and hardware projects from initiation to completion independently
• Providing IT support for Voice & Video conferencing equipment & technologies
• Managing boutique opening, upgrades & decommission projects and transition to business as usual
• Resolution of IT issues and rollout of new technologies with global & regional teams and IT suppliers
• Managing IT assets, hardware and devices inventory for all Nespresso sites
• Managing stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with local, international and external stakeholders
• Working as part of team in cross functional projects to support and manage the roll out of systems and upgrades
• Developing and supporting super user’s community by training and developing knowledge base
