    Deep technical and workflow knowledge of broadcast environments required
    Experience designing software integrations using REST and SOAP API’s, XML, JSON
    Knowledge of modern IP broadcast technologies such as 2110 and NDI is preferred
    Knowledge of public cloud architectures and patterns is preferred

    Manage complex incidents and problems affecting multiple services to protect production systems critical to business success.

    Compile the enterprise post incident report and work with various teams in root cause analysis process to determine cause of incident.

The Role 

The IT Field Support Technician – IT Operations, is at the forefront of supporting our IT Field Services environment across EMEA region.
