Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
● Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem
● Assist Desktop Team Lead to Project Manager & perform various Desktop Related Projects including but not limited to PC Refresh, In-Place Upgrade, Security Patching.
● Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS related service problems as part of problem management
● Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware.
● Ensuring all work regarding are well documented
● Must possess the proven ability to install and configure new IT equipment
● Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Job Requirements
● Minimum one (1) year of IT support experience
● Ability to perform the daily Support operations with minimum supervision
● Possess technical skills in supporting existing and new computing devices such as desktops, notebooks and mobile devices
● Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN to troubleshoot computer problems
● Ability to quickly learn the customer's asset management process based on SOP & on-job training is required to be successful in this role.
