IT Analyst- Oliver Healthcare Packaging, Venray, Netherlands
Position Summary
This exciting role combines site technology leadership with global responsibilities. As the sole IT resource at Oliver’s Venray facility there is responsibility for supporting applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity. This person will need to work well individually as well as part of the global team to ensure that service level objectives are met. Work with functional areas to make processes more efficient through digitization, automation, workflows, system enhancements and training, with support from a global team of experts. Support systems in use to address user incidents and help desk requests. Inform users on best use of the tools available to maximize productivity and get the most from our technology investments. Primary systems in use are the Office 365 environment, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Cornerstone HRIS, the SAP S/4 HANA platform, MES and legacy applications.

As an IT analyst, you will make a significant contributions to system improvements for the business.
• You will support systems used in a production environment to keep them current, secure and efficient.
• You work together with Systems Analysts worldwide to develop workflows, scripts, applications and reports to improve the efficiency and availability of data.
• You take part in challenging IT projects and have your own responsibility.
• You provide technical support for user problems related to hardware and software issues.
• You will work with a global team to install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an accurate IT analyst with a talent for analysis and organization who feels at home in the dynamics of a growing organization. You dare to come up with new initiatives to strengthen the IT systems and processes towards the future. We ask the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or comparable work experience
• At least 2 years of experience with supporting a SAP ERP platform used in a manufacturing environment, preferably including a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 technologies
• At least 2 years of experience as a systems analyst with an understanding of process flows and helping to improve productivity
• Experience automating manual tasks and digitizing the workplace=
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile and other tech products
• Knowledge of the English language in word and writing is a must.
• You are accurate, have a sense of humor and can think "out of the box”
