Responsibilities:

 

Amway is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Security Specialist, to join our Global Information Security and Risk team to provide unparalleled support to our Amway ABO and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within Amway.

 

To become an integral part of a diverse team that uses your technical background and hands-on experience to ensure the security and protection of the company’s information assets and information technology resources.

 

Essential Function

    Assist in determining the security controls and procedures from business requirement, translating these into workable business solutions, this includes providing advice and consultancy on new and existing solutions, primary for Thailand market.
    Coordinate with system development team for secure coding and VA scanning activities

    Join and endorse DevSecOps concept integrated CI/CD and relevant compliance.
    Co-operate with IT Infrastructure, IT System Development, and various internal stakeholders for improving IT security techniques, resolving IT security issues and investigate the Security Incident
    Work with Global ISR on the advisory role for users and various internal stakeholders in terms of information security and other relevant issues
    Support Global ISR Awareness Team in education and awareness for new employees, business and IT on control standards for Thailand Market
    Support in developing and maintaining InfoSec Awareness, education and training programs. Assist the Phishing Awareness Programs and training events.
    Asist in Global Risk Management Task, primary in Thailand market, which included, Vendor Risk Assessment or Risk Exception activities
     
     
    Requirements:

    Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent academic qualification.
    Minimum 3-4 years working experience in implementing, supporting and administering in IT Security position.
    Proficient in both verbal & written English and Thai languages.
    Ability to work independently and learn quickly is a must
    Self-motivated and team-oriented
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    CISSP, or other IT Security certification will be an added advantage.
    Occasional travels to other regional and international locations may be needed.
    Possess own transport as this position is based in Bangkapi, Bangkok.
