ICT Support Analyst - Helpdesk- Beca, Auckland, NZ
The Opportunity
Our people rely on the systems technology and tools to be the best they can be in the work they do. When challenges arise, our IT Helpdesk is their ‘go to’ for guidance and support. This opportunity is to join the team providing 1st level support, resolving user requests via the phone by applying your technical expertise and your inquisitive mind for problem solving. Alongside colleagues, you’ll be performing administrative and maintenance tasks for the corporate network/domain and be part of the team providing effective and efficient ICT support to all Beca users. There is plenty of scope of on-going learning – you’ll have exposure to 1600 applications used across our diverse business lines.
About you
Ideally with 1-2 years’ help desk experience, you will be familiar with Office 365, Windows server, active directory, SCCM, security, file and directory permissions. You’ll have a strong commitment to excellent customer service – with experience that demonstrates your ability to easily communicate and connect with people. You enjoy digging into challenges and finding solutions, with the patience to interpret technical detail for users at all levels of IT knowledge. Most of all, you’ll be motivated and eager to be part of the Beca story while establishing and progressing your IT career.
