Job Responsibilities & Requirements

    The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and responding quickly to resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and IT Help Desk ticketing system.
    We are looking for someone who is highly organized with a proven ability to efficiently handle detail with accuracy.
    The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
