We are looking for a Head of IT. One with a strong vision, managing information technology and systems, and that is open to investigate new technologies. You are the IT sparring partner for the business, actively contributing to realising our ambitious goals. You will lead the IT team consisting of 1 Web Developer, 1 PHP Developer, 1 Cloud Platform Engineer, 2 Application Managers, 1 System & Application Manager and 1 DevOps Engineer. Together with these colleagues and external partners you manage all (outsourced) developments and activities and you make sure the architecture is developed and run in a stable and cost efficient manner.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO, WHAT SHOULD YOU BE ABLE TO?

    develop and execute the information plan in line with MegaGroup’s strategy;
    always on the lookout for innovations that can support MegaGroup’s goals;
    initiate relevant projects aimed at improving the IT capacity and activities;
    support our buy and build strategy from the IT perspective;
    take inventory of current and future business needs, linking critical processes/streams and technical infrastructure;
    oversee the implementation of projects with your team and/or with external parties;
    initiate (new) and manage (existing) information projects;
    contract management of external providers (monitor SLA’s, evaluations, follow up).

You are a linking pin to companywide stakeholders for whom you proactively facilitate the information needs embedding them into our systems. You and your team are monitoring the systems, applications, data and infrastructure to make sure everything is running smoothly. ROLE PURPOSE:

 

IT Analyst is mainly responsible for the overall health & smooth running of computer systems’ infrastructure and locally maintained & supported business applications at Hydro location(s) with the purpose to ensure Business users gain maximum benefits from those systems. This goal shall be achieved by full adherence to Hydro Global IT Architecture Standards & Global and Local Operational processes, as well as by maximizing the leverage of Central IT operational services and tools.

 

As IT professional of Hydro Shared Services, the IT Analyst serves as Shared Services’ interface to the Location Business Customers. As such shall in any IT related decision making, he/she promote Global IT standards and in general standardization of IT tools to the Business.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

For systems that are either location specific or centrally managed & shared:

    Acting as Location representative of Hydro Shared Services IT professionals towards location Business Customers for any such computer systems
    Installing or participating in installation of computer hardware, operating systems, applications and any other IT infrastructure components used at the location(s)
    Monitoring and maintaining location specific computer systems, networks and Applications with compliance of Central and Local IT Operational processes
    Taking active part in incident resolution flow through a series of actions
    Working with global support teams to resolve both IT infrastructure and Application related issues
    Taking part in IT systems change management flow
    Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure incidents and Application errors, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
    Replacing parts as required and maintaining user accounts within the locally supported Applications
    Maintaining location specific IT documentations; keeping SW licenses and HW inventory  up to date
    Providing IT infrastructure support for and taking part in the roll-out of new Applications
    Prioritizing work and - in general - operating with compliance of SSS IT Service Level Agreement
    Complying with SSS IT and Controlling policies in new HW or SW aquisitions at location(s)
    Maintaining the location specific part of the Active Directory
    Complying with SSS Global IT Architecture; Global & Local Operational and Global IT Security processes and policies

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

    Fluent Dutch and English language knowledge
    Min. 5 years’ work experience on the field of IT Infrastructure
    IT Technician qualification is a must; IT Engineer or equivalent is preferred
    Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment is preferred
    ITIL Certification is preferred
    Detailed understanding of Microsoft Client & Server Technology as well as the Applications in scope of the incumbent responsibilities is a minimum
    Additional IT Infrastructure & Application disciplines are preferred (i.e Networking; windows 10, etc.)
    PRINCE2 knowledge/certification is preferred
    Experience in basic Vendor management processes is preferred

Position Summary

This exciting role combines site technology leadership with global responsibilities. As the sole IT resource at Oliver’s Venray facility there is responsibility for supporting applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity. This person will need to work well individually as well as part of the global team to ensure that service level objectives are met. Work with functional areas to make processes more efficient through digitization, automation, workflows, system enhancements and training, with support from a global team of experts. Key responsibilities

The main responsibility of the IT Support Technician is to provide onsite support for desktop management, asset management and physical support for other IT equipment including servers, switches, printers, cabling, video conferencing equipment, mobile devices, wireless LAN etc.
The majority of Maersk Technology support will be provided remotely, including software distribution and packaging, monitoring and infrastructure services, desktop and server patching, storage services, backup, restore and archiving. Specific daily responsibilities include:
- Handling and preparing HW
- 2nd and 3rd Level desktop and infrastructure support via tickets raised and assigned in Service Now

- Act as a local project coordinator for hardware\software updates\rollouts as required.

We are looking for

The role requires a confident, self-driven and organised individual with solid IT knowledge and broad experience in solving IT related problems.
Apart from service-mindedness and results-orientation, the person must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills:
- Advanced desktop usage / VPN & Citrix / Mobile Devices / Windows 10
- Strong knowledge of setting up PCs, including BIOS configuration, Microsoft operating systems and connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the most common PC accessories and how to connect them, i.e. printers, mice, external drives.
- Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Teams, Project, Visio).
- Able to do basic setup of mobile devices like iOS devices, Android devices etc.

Job Summary:
