What will you do?

•    Work with the Architecture team and wider IT and Digital teams to define the current and target states for Aurecon’s data architecture and execute a strategy to realise this future vision
•    Deliver a business aligned target state architecture with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness, future readiness and maintainability.
•    Contribute to projects and initiatives with an emphasis on Data by guiding decision making to produce optimal designs and approaches to problems.
•    Support the migration of data from legacy to modern systems with a focus on underpinning new ways of working.

What will you bring?

•    To be successful in securing this role, we are seeking a passionate Data Architect with extensive experience in information and data architecture, exposure to Data Centre and Cloud based technologies and data migration

projects within a large organisation.
•    Experience of developing strategies and roadmaps to align with business strategies and deliver organisational goals.
•    Display proven leadership, communication and engagement skills to bring technology and business stakeholders on a journey throughout planning, design and implementation.
•    You will have a proven knowledge of Data Migration approaches, commercial implications of data management, risks and implementation strategies, the capability to work within projects and portfolios to deliver

outcomes.

We have an opportunity for Infrastructure Engineer in our Pacific support and project delivery services team. This role will be responsible for working with various Project Managers and the Support Manager to maintain infrastructure supporting SE ADMS solutions. Over time this role will also evolve to include SE ADMS software deployment skills. While the preferred location for this role is Adelaide, we will consider alternative sites for the right candidate.

 

Specific Activities;

    Work closely with project teams, support team and customers as required
    Deploy, support and maintain digital grid I.T/O.T infrastructure for new and existing digital grid service customers
    Maintain knowledge of industry best practice trends in the relevant areas

About you;

    You will demonstrate a sound understanding of network infrastructure technologies, MS administration and security management
    Experience with PowerShell scripting would be advantageous MS or Cisco certification is desirable
    Excellent communication and organizational skills
    You are a self-starter with collaborative work habits and high motivation for problem-solving

 Responsibilities

Sentinel Technologies is looking for an IT Specialist to help with Level 1/2 support for our Client. They will be transitioning from EHR to Epic and this resource will be helping with front line support, inventory, labeling of printers and desktops, and calls. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, good Excel/Microsoft skills knowledge, and experience 1:1 with providers. This position is a contract role working onsite and requires travelling to different client sites, Client located at Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

    Provide responsive level one/two support to employees on a variety of technology issues
    Identify, research and resolve complex technical problems
    Perform triage for incoming tickets and assist with coordinating with other techs for site dispatch
    Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade computers as necessary
    Resolve hardware/software conflicts and perform basic network troubleshooting
    Support employee mobile devices including cell phones, hot spots and tablets
    Athena or Dentrix knowledge is also a plus
    Knowledge of HIPPA is a plus
    “Nice to have” basic clinical environment experience
    Work on-call / afterhours support once a month
    The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
    A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
    Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
