About the Role

Total Tools is searching for a Help Desk Support Engineer to join the team at our Port Melbourne Support Office. This role will support Store and Corporate staff with online, phone and face to face support, covering Network/Microsoft/Laptop and devices/ERP Pronto and general IT assistance

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

    Level 1 and 2 support of Microsoft systems including account creation, basic security and access.
    General IT support for ERP and corporate systems assisting users where necessary.
    Provisioning of equipment, setup and deploying for users to support them in their duties
    Participate in broader, system related business projects. Develop and report on the status of project resources/deliverable, system performance reviews and post implementation audits
    Build strong relationships with users, IT staff, and management to determine and resolve issues associated with system and network implementation
    Champion customer service and ensure a customer first approach.
    Participate as necessary on the strategic enablement of IT and Digital systems and participate as required.

    Basic networking and monitoring

    Pronto ERP experience will be advantageous

 Responsibilities

Sentinel Technologies is looking for an IT Specialist to help with Level 1/2 support for our Client. They will be transitioning from EHR to Epic and this resource will be helping with front line support, inventory, labeling of printers and desktops, and calls. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, good Excel/Microsoft skills knowledge, and experience 1:1 with providers. This position is a contract role working onsite and requires travelling to different client sites, Client located at Chicago, IL.

 

You can sit remotely once you are fully trained.
Qualifications

    Provide responsive level one/two support to employees on a variety of technology issues
    Identify, research and resolve complex technical problems
    Perform triage for incoming tickets and assist with coordinating with other techs for site dispatch
    Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade computers as necessary
    Resolve hardware/software conflicts and perform basic network troubleshooting
    Support employee mobile devices including cell phones, hot spots and tablets
    Athena or Dentrix knowledge is also a plus
    Knowledge of HIPPA is a plus
    “Nice to have” basic clinical environment experience
    Work on-call / afterhours support once a month
    The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
    A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
    Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Role/Responsibilities

    Assist in Organizing and preparing Moody’s Information Technology responses to regulatory and audit requests including drafting of talking points and presentations on topics such as control design/execution and strategic risk mitigation programs.

    Works on IT control design and reporting; ensures that controls are sufficiently documented and satisfy risk, audit and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications

    Minimum education and work experience required for this position include:

        Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Risk Management or Information Security, preferably working in Cloud (AWS) or hybrid environments.

        BS or BA degree, preferably in technology/business or equivalent.

        Relevant certifications such as CISA, Security+, are a plus but not required.

Key Competencies

    Experience working with US federal/state and international regulators on IT control management and remediation

     Proficient knowledge of laws, regulations and standards that govern Information Security practices such as ISO, SOC II and privacy laws

    Experience managing an ISO-27002 or NIST aligned security program.

    Ability to think with a control and process mindset.

    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities under limited supervision.

    Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact directly with customers that do not have an IT background.

    Strong presentation skills involving large and of varying IT background audiences; ability to adjust message and filter details based on audience.

Base Salary: $67,500 and pay is commensurate with technical skills and experience
